Overview

As project manager, we supported the launch of the consortium brand “kyoji” by 10 manufacturing companies aiming to expand overseas. The ten companies visited their respective production areas to promote mutual understanding. With renewed determination, the ten companies launch kyoji and build an e-commerce site. The more they do, the more synergy is created between the companies.

Background

In response to the issue of how to independently operate and continue the partnership of 10 manufacturing companies aiming to expand overseas, which was brought together as a result of the subsidy project, we needed to develop specific methods and personnel with practical skills.Originally, I was in charge of project coordination during the subsidy project, and now I was assigned to play a leading role in promoting the project.

Support contents

Throughout the first year of the project, visits to production areas were conducted to sort out the original meaning and strengths of cooperation outside of the subsidized projects and to promote mutual understanding among The consortium brand “kyoji” of 10 companies with new and stronger intentions was launched, and they are leading the construction of an EC site that is easy to avoid the influence of Covid-19.

Synergy

It is becoming apparent that the more we pursue, the more synergies we can generate, such as the sharing of common issues among manufacturing companies from different regions and industries, the sharing of case studies of solutions to problems tackled by one company, and the sharing of project operating costs and costs for initiatives.
