We have a long term relationship with creco-lab, a manufacturer and distributor of wooden paper. Starting with advising on product development and sales strategies, we are becoming not only a consultant but also a business partner in parts of the business through continuous dialogue over the years. We are also involved in forest environmental issues.
Background
The company was mainly engaged in manufacturing and sales of wooden paper as a B-to-B product, but they wanted to develop a new product for C-to-C to improve recognition of the material and expand their sales channels. When the company needed someone with expert knowledge of product development and sales, we got the request.

We offer comments and advice on business and product planning ideas based on our expert knowledge. When necessary, he matches designers, attends promotional events and accompanies clients on site visits.

Synergy
Wood is a material that is used in many traditional crafts and therefore has a great deal to do with forests and environmental issues. There is a natural tendency to think that there is a way to solve problems through collaboration between the approach to improving the forest environment and the manufacturing side, such as in the case of traditional arts and crafts. As the themes expand, the scope of support available to us expands, and a positive chain of synergies is beginning to emerge.
